Olympia Family Theater

The main focus of Olympia Family Theater is to present entertaining and stimulating theater for children and their families. Part of this includes involving kids and teenagers in the production of the shows, both as actors and behind the scenes. The primary age group is 12-18-years-old, but can include children younger. Olympia Family Theater also offers creative youth theater camps.

Capital Playhouse

Capital Playhouse offers a variety of youth programming including Students on Stage and Kids at Play for youth ages 8-17. They aim to build self-confidence, maturity, self-discipline, responsibility and leadership for the youth of our community though music, theater, and dance.


Student Orchestras of Greater Olympia

The mission of SOGO is to provide a challenging, fully integrated music experience for young musicians in the South Sound area. Programming includes orchestra and ensemble performances, music education and a broad spectrum of music-related activities. All students wishing to participate must audition for placement. Kids in Koncert

Sponsored by Capital Playhouse, Kids in Koncert is a premier youth choir for students ages 8-18. Students participating perform in a variety of events around the area throughout the year. They also have opportunities to visit and perform around the globe.


Bayview School of Cooking

The Bayview School of Cooking offers a variety of cooking classes throughout the year, as well as summer camps for children and youngteens. Classes are offered for two age groups 5-8 and 9-13. Cost varies according to class. See website for their current class schedule
